Title of the Talk:
From the Network Edge to the Agent Core: Fuzzy and Agentic Intelligence for Self-Healing Enterprise Infrastructure
Abstract:
Modern enterprise networks have grown beyond what manual operations can realistically keep up with. Campus, branch, cloud and edge now function as one connected system and problems surface faster than engineers can chase them down one ticket at a time. This talk describes an approach I have been developing that pairs fuzzy logic with autonomous software agents to help infrastructure recover on its own. Fuzzy reasoning handles fast, everyday judgment calls by reading telemetry in degrees rather than fixed thresholds, so routine issues get caught and explained without much overhead. Harder or unfamiliar problems get handed to a set of agents that investigate the cause, work out a safe fix, carry it out using approved tools and confirm the network actually recovered. Drawing on twenty years spent building and running telecom and enterprise networks, I will walk through the architecture behind this approach, a real incident example and the safeguards that make it something you can actually trust in production.
